Owners Candace and Alastair Cooke’s personal experience with yoga has made them passionate about sharing their knowledge. In 2007, they moved from Canmore to Calgary and opened Santosha in the Mission District. Providing a welcoming and nurturing community, their goal is to have you begin, grow and develop at their studio.               

Choose from a variety of styles -Ashtanga, Yin/Yang, flow, hot yoga and meditation. Santosha holds 41 classes per week from early morning to late evening, seven days a week. The remodelled studio is spacious and soothing, change rooms are high-end and mat storage is available. Recent renovations also included the installation of a unique radiant heat system for hot yoga classes.
