Yes. It’s happening. The 30-day Green Smoothie Challenge is back!
 
This green smoothie trend is catchin’ on fast. But whether or not you’re already a smoothie-maker, there’s gonna be plenty of new recipes and ingredient inspiration for you throughout this challenge. What’s more, we’ve got some of North America’s premier smoothie chefs creating blends just for you!
 
If you’re a tuja green smoothie veteran, you can pretty much expect the same structure as last year’s challenge. But we've spiffed up a few things so we hope you’ll agree that this year is new & improved.

What it's all about
 
tuja’s Green Smoothie challenge is designed to add a big dose of healthy to your daily routine.
 
We think it’s easiest to have your green smoothie for breakfast - but maybe it’s lunch instead. You decide where it fits. And yes, you’ve read it right - each smoothie will feature something GREEN. Why green? (Read about that here.)
 
BUT worry not - even if you’re a picky eater, these blends are going to taste great. Adding the green stuff doesn’t really alter the classic fruity smoothie flavour. Plus, this year the tuja team will personally taste-test every recipe to ensure maximum tastiness before any smoothie passes your lips. Deal?

What You Get for Signing Up
 

• An e-book containing our best tips for smoothie making. This’ll get you and your blender ready to roar by September 1st.

• A master list of “non-perishable” food items and superfoods that you may want to purchase in advance. These can be added to most smoothies to customize for your needs.

• Weekly grocery lists (sent a few days in advance) outlining all of the ingredients you’ll need for the week of  smoothies ahead.

• Daily recipes delivered to your inbox (every day for 30 days starting Sept 1st) from in-house tuja experts & international wellness superstars like Tiffany CruikshankRyan Leier and Joy McCarthy.

And last but not least…
  •  SUPPORT! We'll be with you every step of the way to answer questions (like maybe you really, really hate kale - we can suggest an alternative). We’ll also offer encouragement and inspiration to see you through to September 30th.

What’s new this year
 
  • • The tuji team will taste and test each recipe to check that you’ll get the same volume of smoothie every day (also to make sure it’s delicious, of course).

  • • Each and every smoothie will feature a healthy protein and healthy fat (in addition to the usual stuff of course) so you know you’re getting a well-rounded blend that’ll keep you satisfied.

  • • An updated “tuja’s tips for smoothie sailing” (which you get immediately upon signing up!).
