Triple Berry Chia Jam 3 Ways

If you've got a sweet tooth, this is what you want in your fridge for your next snack attack. It's triple berry chia jam in three deliciously sweet treats (that are totally healthy!)

Kris Osborne, the woman behind tuja wellness' Snack Attack column confesses her sweet tooth. In this video recipe she shows us how she tames it by keeping this versatile and fruity jam on hand.

The jam takes very little time to make and requires only 5 ingredients; three types of berries (we used blueberry, raspberry and blackberry but you can use whatever is in season), honey (or the natural sweetener of your choice) and chia seeds. Those chia seeds are the magic in this recipe because they turn berry sauce into jam in no time flat.

With the jam made, the only thing left to do is enjoy and while Kris is tempted to just eat it straight up (no judgement) she does show us a few more sweet options including a healthy breakfast, a priobiotic power treat and an oh-so-decadent creamy fruit "fool".

You could make this jam because it's a sweet treat or because it's full of healthy, antioxidant-rich fruit and chia seeds but know that, with so many ways to enjoy it, it never lasts long!
