For a bit of fun, we challenged one woman to try 9 different styles of yoga in just 2 minutes. Watch as she hilariously channels Kundalini, Acro (partner or circus yoga), Bikram (Moksha or hot yoga), Iyengar, prenatal, power (ashtanga), yin, broga (dude or yoga for stiff guys) and laughing yoga.
