That’s why we’ve brought back the tuja Meditation Challenge – now with two options for you to choose from. Both will help you develop a daily meditation habit but the Premium Experience has been designed to greatly increase your chances of success in making this a lifelong healthy practice.

Who: This year we’ve once again picked out some of our favourite meditation instructors to guide you to stillness, peace and quiet. Experts like Suzanne Slocum Gori, Grace Dubery, Carolyn Anne Budgell, Dawn Mauricio, Emerson Lim and many more! All you have to do is find a comfortable seat, hit ‘play’ – and let yourself be guided through your daily meditation.
How It Works & What’s NEW:
If you took part in the challenge last year – know that it’ll work basically the same way this time around.
We’ll build from 5 to 10 minutes in the first week, 15 minutes in the second week, 20 minutes in the third week and up to 25 minutes in fourth week. (So we’ll work up to a longer sitting in this challenge!) There’s always an option to do a shorter meditation if you don’t feel ready to move on or your day was anything but perfect. In the Premium Experience we’ll work all the way up to the ‘Grand Daddy’ 30 minute meditation.
We’ll cover different types and techniques of meditation to keep things new and fresh for beginner and experienced meditators alike.

The meditations will be available to you throughout the Challenge but will only be accessible to the Premium Experience members after the Challenge is over.
Yes, the 30 meditations will be available for purchase on iTunes after the Challenge is over but the 10 bonus tracks for the Premium Experience will not.

Q: Is the Meditation Challenge free?
A: Yes, the basic 30 Day Challenge is FREE! The choice to upgrade to the Premium Experience is entirely up to you but we sure hope you’ll support us in this way.
Q: Is the challenge open to beginners?
A: Absolutely. We’ve designed the challenge to be very easy & accessible to brand-new meditators. We’ll take you by the hand and walk you through the whole process (actually, it’s pretty simple), giving you all the info you need and answering any questions you might have. The meditations will start at 5 minutes for the first week and we’ll slowly work our way up to 25-minute meditations by week 4. Beginners in particular will benefit from the added support and instruction available through the Premium Experience.
Q: I’ve practiced meditation before. Is the challenge worthwhile for experienced meditators?
A: Yes. We’ve designed the challenge to be interesting for both new & experienced meditators. We’ll keep things fresh by introducing you to our favourite meditation instructors across the country, bringing different styles of instruction and techniques along with them. If you find that the meditation of the day is too short for you, we invite you simply to sit a little longer or do a second meditation that day. Experienced meditators can push their challenge a little further by joining the Premium Experience and going for a 40-Day Challenge.
Q: Can I still join the challenge even though I found out about it after February 2nd?
A: Please do! Sign-up for the challenge anytime throughout February. It’s never too late to start. Likewise, the Premium Experience is available to join any time during or after the Challenge.
