Disguise them with a little ginger, mint and enzyme-plenty pineapple and you have a smoothie that’ll brighten your belly and your day. These 3 ingredients not only make your greens taste great, they help your body absorb all of the amazing nutrients they house.

1 cup chopped pineapple
3-5 large fresh mint leaves
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 large handful of spinach
3-inch section of zucchini
1 cup filtered water, or more as desired
