1-2 scoop of protein powder (other protein options: here)
1/2 to full avocado
1 cup of blueberries or blackberries
1/2 to 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (OR filtered water)
sprinkle with cinnamon and turmeric (extra boosters)
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick – add a lil' more filtered water.
