Today's Vanilla Fig Fitbeauties Protein Smoothie comes to us from Madelaine Garcia, health & beauty coach, Genuine Health Ambassdor, fitness model and creator of fitbeauties.ca.
1 cup fresh or frozen figs
2 Tbsps macadamia nut butter (or macadamia nuts if you have a high powered blender)
1 tsp vanilla
1 handful of spinach
1 scoop of vanilla Vegans protein+ (other protein options: here)
1 scoop Greens+O (OR extra greens)
2 cups of milk (OR filtered water)
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick – add a lil' more filtered water.
