1/2 cup unhomogenized whole milk yogurt OR 1/2 scoop Vegan proteins+ Vanilla
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil OR 1 tsp of orange flavoured omega3+joy fish oil
1 scoop greens+ O original flavour
1 mug of green tea, cooled
add water if needed to cover ingredients.
