1/2 to 1 cup shredded kale or spinach
1 fresh mango cubed
1/4 cup mint (or less)
1 cup coconut milk (ideally freshly made) or coconut water (OR filtered water)
1/2 inch ginger
pinch of turmeric powder
1 or 2 dates
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick – add a li'l more filtered water.
