It’s Time to Meditate: A Meditation for Procrastination
Although meditation might seem like another distraction, it is a tool that can get you focused on whatever it is you need to do. One thing at a time. One breath at a time. Whether you have two minutes or twenty, take a seat and close your eyes.

Be present. Don’t get ahead of yourself. Let your breath be as slow or as quick as it wants. Be…present…
When the scattered feeling fades, notice how you feel.
You are in control of what happens and what you do. Distractions are not more powerful than your deepest intentions.
Just this small pause can move you back on course.
