Look no further. I've been blending my heart out combining my most favourite kinds of kombucha tea with various fruits and herbs. This mango, basil and Rise Ginger Kombucha combination is outta this world (and reminds me of something else incredibly scrumptious).
Rise Kombucha is a fabulous company that sprang from the famous Montreal raw cuisine restaurant, Crudessence. Rise is organic and fair trade, plus all-Canadian. Not only that, the flavour combos are delightfully unique and delicious. The ginger blend used in this recipe is brewed with white tea which contains the highest anti-oxidant properties of any tea. And even though kombucha tastes like pop, the sugar content is negligibly low (about 6 grams per bottle, gingerale has 24 grams).
So blend on, guilt free!
