Strawberry Coconut Smoothie Ingredients
Organic and fresh is best!
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 big handful of greens like spinach or kale
- 5 large fresh mint leaves
- an inch chunk of ginger
- 1 cup of coconut milk beverage
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- filtered water to thin if needed
