Day 23: A 20-Minute Chakra Energy Meditation with Grace Dubery

Today's meditation comes to us from Toronto based yoga instructor Grace Dubery. Check out her website hereFind a comfy, quiet spot then click the 'play' button on the right (under 'Latest Audio') to dig in.

Grace Dubery
While trained and experienced in a number of styles, Grace’s teaching is rooted in a deep personal exploration of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. Using a non-dogmatic approach, Grace views the teacher as the bridge between the student and the practice, remembering that the ultimate goals of yoga were never meant to be confined to the mat. The physical practices of yoga are a gateway, not an end themselves. An individual’s journey inward must ultimately lead back outward, to engagement with the community. This realization inspired her to deepen her commitment to development projects, both locally and abroad.
