Day 27: A 21-Minute Heart-Space Meditation with Andrew Bathory

Andrew's love of yoga and thirst for adventure led him to take a trip to India that unlocked his heart and opened his eyes to a life he didn’t realized he had been missing. Peace. Faith. Gratitude. Commitment. After completing his first Yoga Instructor Certification at SVYASA University in Bangalore, he felt more alive then he had ever known. Since then, he has completed a 300 hours Advanced Effective Teaching Training with teachers Pat Harada Linfoot and Scott Davis and Jesse Jeremy Enright at Octopus Garden Holistic Yoga Centre in Toronto. His style of teaching has evolved to incorporate movement, breath, therapeutics, sound and deep listening in a contemporary way while honouring the richness of an ancient tradition for total well-being. He has also recently founded a new centre for the exploration of being, in movement and stillness: Element Yoga Montréal.
