Eat Clean Challenge Calendar

Here's your Eat Clean Calendar, that serves as your guide to take you through the basic challenge. If it helps, print the calendar off and post it onto your fridge so you don't lose track of your clean eating progress. 
 
Remember this is a cumulative challenge, so after Day 1 - when you're drinking 'more water' - you'll be drinking more water until Day 21 (and hopefully beyond!). Same goes for 'more veggies', 'more colourful foods', etc. 
 
Day 1 = May 4th
Day 21 = May 25th
