How to Make Your Own Relaxing Natural Massage Oil

Massages are already great for stress reduction but with this aromatherapy recipe for relaxing massage oil, you'll be relaxed to the max. 
 
Our recipe calls for a sweet almond oil base (the masseuse's choice oil) blended with some extra-moisturizing Argan oil. To give it a scent that will battle stress, we added frankincense, lavender and vanilla.  
 
Frankincense is a fantastic scent for decreasing anxiety and stress and for promoting inner peace and a good night's rest. 
 
Lavender is a favourite in the aromatherapy world for a myriad of things but in this mix, it helps to provide minor pain relief and relax stiff muscles. 
 
And, the vanilla. Who doesn't love vanilla? We blend this scent in for the sheer comfort of this universally-loved happy smell.
 
Mix up a bottle of this super-soothing massage oil and get ready to massage away all that stress and tension.
