"Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible." - Dalai Lama

tuja 30-day meditation challenge Erin Urton
Erin Urton is a yoga and meditation teacher with over 1000hrs of study and certification. Based in Squamish, BC, she leads classes, workshops, and soon, retreats across western Canada. She's spent oodles of time studying buddhist meditation & philosophy and yoga & mindfulness, but feels her time spent high in the mountains and deep in the forests have taught her what it really means to be connected and calm.

She's one of a rare group of fully certified 800hr Vijnana Yoga teachers in Canada and also happens to be a creative coordinator and contributor here at tuja wellness. As a former professional ecologist, Erin has a fascination with wild beings, nature and deep ecology, as well as a passion for sustainable, local and organic nourishment.
