What to Do With Your Hands During Meditation

Ever wonder what to do with your hands while you're sitting in meditation? If you get fidgety or distracted by your hands, check out these three great (and relaxing) options. 
 
Picture the perfect meditation posture. Chances are, it's very Buddha-like. But, that quintessential hand position (also known as a mudra) can be challenging. Good news, this is not the only acceptable hand position or mudra. In fact, there are several things you can do with your hands during meditation and they all mean something different. 
 
Finding the right hand position has to do with your comfort and the intention of your meditation. Check out these options and take your meditation practice to the next level.
