No More Excuses - Meditate Now.

Reasons not to meditate - yeah, we know you got 'em. Well, batten down your bolsters because we're here to say "No more excuses - just meditate now!"

It's easy to get caught up in life and keep pushing meditation down the priority list. Whether you're busy, you get bored or you struggle to stick with it, Grace Dubery explains how each of these excuses is actually all the more reason to work on your practice.

We all know that meditation benefits our minds and bodies and that it can increase our overall happiness. So, skip the excuses and get in your zen time. And if you still think you've got a legitimate excuse for skipping it, take a listen to what Grace has to say.

Grace Dubery is a yoga and meditation instructor based in Toronto. You can find out more about Grace and connect with her at gracedubery.com. For those doing the 30-Day Meditation Challenge, don't miss Day 23 featuring Grace.

Thanks to Grace for reminding us that it's all about perspective. And, thanks to Bri Botsford for submitting this video.

Got an excuse we didn't address in this video? Tell us about it in the comments - we bet we can crush that excuse too!
