Your plain ol’ toast is getting a facelift in the most fabulous and healthy of ways.
 
Now, there’s no end to the possible combos here, but in keeping with typical toast tradition (that is, a pretty quick & easy breakfast bite), we aimed for optimal tastiness and healthiness without getting too complex.
 
There’s no denying the classic deliciousness of peanut butter and jam, but it’s not exactly THE most healthy breakfast option. (Especially if you haven’t yet made the leap from Kraft to all-natural peanut butter.)
 
Give these a go and let us know if any one combo rivals your traditional toast.
 
Ingredients
 
Toast #1
Grated tomato, olive oil, basil, sea salt, fresh cracked pepper
 
Toast #2
Tahini, fresh squeeze of lemon, thinly sliced cuke & mint leaves
 
Toast #3
Smashed avocado, lime, chili & cilantro
 
Toast #4
Goat cheese, pear, honey and thyme
 
Method
 
Toast your toast, tally your toppings, and take a bite!
