Give Your Toes the Separation They Deserve

:Kris Osborne: Give Your Toes the Separation They Deserve

If your tootsies are tired, achy, and in need of some serious TLC, then slipping on a pair of Joy-a-Toes might be exactly what the doctor ordered.

Small jelly pillars rest in between each of the toes, creating space and comfort by gently realigning the bones and myofacial network. (And bonus: having your toes already separated might invite you to embark on a DIY pedicure, and why not? Healthy feet deserve to be prettied-up!)

But the benefits of these toe-tally awesome separators run far beyond just inspiring an impromptu pedi. The widening of your bones and soft tissue helps you plant your feet more firmly, leading to better posture and greater feelings of grounded-ness. This is perfect for enhancing your yoga, tai chi, or Pilates practice—or simply to add more overall energy to your everyday.

Word to the wise, though: start small, both in size and in the length of time that you wear them. The smaller size helps you ease into a free-spirited toe transition with less intensity. Too big, too soon and your toes won’t feel so joyful.

And just like in life, timing is everything. Joy-a recommends starting for 5 to 20 minutes, 3 times a day to acclimate those phalanges. But trust us: it won’t take long before your feet crave the regularity of wearing them. With repeated, consistent massage and increased foot flexibility, you’ll soon be keeping back-up pairs at work and in your jacket pocket.

Sore feet be gone!

Get your footsies a pair for only $38 here.
