1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ a pear
2-inch chunk of fennel bulb
Juice of half a small lemon
3-4 fresh mint leaves
1-inch chunk of ginger, grated
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup filtered water, or more as needed
