Today’s blend holds memories of summer sunshine and is so so SO good for digestion and nutrient assimilation.
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup chopped watermelon
half a lemon, peeled and seeded
1 Tbsphemp hearts
cup of filtered water or coconut water
Optional: a scoop of plain/natural protein powder for extra punch.
Blend until smooth. Try adding more liquid if your smoothie is too thick.
