The Calcium Rich Kale Smoothie.
3/4 cup water
2-3 leaves of organickale, no stems
2-3 leaves of organic romaine lettuce
small handful of parsley
Juice from 1 lemon or lime
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 pear, cored
1 peach, pitted
Toss it all in and blend until smooth.Add more liquid if your smoothie is too thick.
