We hope you’re hungry ’cause it’s a big one!
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
1 cup ice cubes
frozen banana (frozen makes it thicker and doesn’t have the overpowering banana flavor)
teaspoon of organic cold pressed coconut oil
big handful of green leaves of any kind (spinach, kale, lettuce, chard)
2 sticks frozen pineapple
1 teaspoon ofspirulina*** Cleans and oxygenates the blood, rich in iron, essential fatty acids and B12; Immune system booster; Great for energy; Alkalizes the body.
Toss it all in and blend until smooth.Add more liquid if your smoothie is too thick.
