Sprouts are a healthy, living plant food that make a fantastic addition to your diet. It’s really easy to make your own at home (and save some money). Holistic Nutritionist, Raina Lutz shows us the need to know tips and tricks to growing sprouts right, in a healthy, safe way.
You’ll need a glass jar that seals (mason jars are best), some seeds to sprout (we love radish and mung but a mix is always good), fresh distilled water, cheese cloth and some patience.
