1 handful spinach
1/2 a zucchini
1/2 cup freshcoconut(or 1/4 cup dried)**
1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cups water
**if using dried coconut – you might try soaking it for a few minutes before adding it into your blend.
Toss it all in and blend until smooth.Add more liquid if your smoothie is too thick.
