of one banana
handful frozen raspberries
1 peeled navel orange
1handful of greens(kale/ mixed greens/ spinach/ other)
1 tsp grated, fresh ginger (optional)
1-3 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
1 cup of water
Blend until smooth. Try adding more liquid if your smoothie is too thick.
